About me

Hello! Thank you for visiting my website and taking the time to get to know me. You’re probably asking yourself “Who is this guy and why should I work with him?” So I’ll get straight to the point.

I am independent.

As you can see, I am an independent broker. I started as an agent in 2009. I quickly saw that I was the main driving force behind my real estate business. My clients chose to work with me because I gained their confidence and trust with my specific knowledge of real estate brokering and investing. The fancy business cards, the flashy websites and collated pitchbooks didn’t matter.

I quickly gained my broker’s license in 2014 to be able to work independently. My independence allows me to cut through the costs and fluff of larger brokerage firms. I don’t need to ask my manager for approval on agreement terms. There are no awkward negotiations. You are dealing with directly with your personal broker.

I am very experienced.

Starting as an agent in 2009, I have focused my career more on acquiring as much real estate knowledge as possible rather than doing as many deals as I possibly could. That focus has guided me starting as a rental agent then moving on to apartment sales. After selling apartments, I moved on to selling buildings. After selling buildings to investors, I became the investor, landlord. I even became a contractor and obtained my OSHA-30 certification. Therefore, I bring a holistic breadth of experience to the table that allows me to confidently service all my clients.

I am New York City.

I was born in East Harlem, the neighborhood in the picture at the top of this page. I am a product of New York City public schools. I was fortunate enough to be selected by Prep for Prep, completed their rigorous fourteen-month curriculum and then attended the Collegiate School. I graduated from Syracuse University. I have lived most of my adult life in East Harlem and I love this city. One of my guiding principles is to help my buyer clients discover that there are still values to be found in New York City at all price points. I have brokered sales in Manhattan, Bronx, Queens and even a short sale in Long Island proving I can work anywhere my clients need me.

I am different.

My most valuable assets are my experience, my specific knowledge, my determination and my energy when working for my clients. The business of real estate sometimes can get grimy, and I know how to FIGHT FOR MY CLIENTS. I chose to write this bio myself to communicate my passion and dedication to working for my select group of clients.

I am ready.
